We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will love our bedding! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. This includes washed and used bedding.For our Sunday Loungewear collection, items need to be unwashed and in their original condition.
Please note that we are unable to receive returns of our Duvet Inserts, Cushion Inserts and Have-It-All Pillows in stores due to limited storage space. Returns for these items can only be done at our warehouse.
Return items need to reach us within 30 days of the date of delivery for us to complete your refund. Strictly no extensions will be allowed. To initiate a return process, please submit your request here:

At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was delivered to you. The items can either be mailed back to us or return in person at our warehouse in Singapore or Hong Kong during business hours (9am – 6pm, Mondays to Fridays), or in stores.
Orders during our Annual Sale and Warehouse Sale are not included in our return policy and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Discount codes and loyalty points are single-use only. If an order is returned, the code or points used will be invalid and cannot be re-applied.
This policy only covers orders made through our website and stores. Orders through 3rd party platforms such as Lazada, Shopee or TikTok are subject to the platform's return & exchange policy.
