This includes washed and used bedding. Returns are refunded in the original method of payment.

At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. The items can either be mailed back to us or returned in person to our warehouse in Singapore or Hong Kong during business hours (9am – 6pm, Mondays to Fridays).

Who has the time for dry cleaning and special cycles? We're all about keeping things simple. When it comes to laundry day,  pop your sheets into the washing machine. Wash on cool using mild detergent and with similar colours. Line dry or tumble dry on low.

Please avoid using fabric softeners and harsh liquid or powdered detergents. Also avoid products containing benzoyl peroxide, chlorine bleach or alpha hydroxy acids. Do not wash your sheets with clothing as zippers and hooks can cause abrasion. 

When spraying on your favourite essential oil or perfumed mist on your sheets, remember to spritz them at a distance away and not directly at the sheets to avoid stains! 

It really depends on your lifestyle and personal preference! Bamboo is incredibly soft, silky and drapes beautifully. It is also moisture-wicking and great for those that sweat easily at night. Cotton, on the other hand, is highly breathable and durable. For those that wash frequently or have pets/kids, cotton is a classic that will withstand multiple washes.

French Linen is the most durable out of all fabrics and can last at least 5 years. In fact, its slightly coarse handfeel will soften with each wash to become soft and cocooning. It has a natural, textural feel and a perfect addition if you are going for a cosy, rumpled look in your bedroom.

Quality matters to us, and this is why we have a 30-wash guarantee on all our products. This means that our sheets will not shrink or pill for the first 30 washes (Please note that this does not cover stains!) 

Nope! Our sheets are made of 100% Bamboo Rayon and 100% Cotton respectively. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend fully natural fabrics as polyester blends (e.g. x% polyester, y% cotton) that use synthetic base materials can potentially irritate the skin.

Our thread count ranges from 300-400. However, thread count actually isn’t the best way to measure the quality of your bedding and is sometimes a marketing gimmick. To learn more, read this Woman’s Weekly article!

Yes! Our sheet dimensions are aligned to Australian sizes so they are a tad bigger than Singapore standard sizes and can accommodate larger beds. Our King size sheets are 183cm x 200cm, and a European King is 180cm x 200cm.
