Sunday Bedding is seeking Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our team (multiple positions available)! In this role, you will be an ambassador for our brand, and will play in a central role in our customers’ journey. The ideal candidates enjoy interacting with customers and will primarily work with our team to deliver a tremendous retail experience at our stores at Raffles City and Katong i12.
As a small but growing e-commerce brand, you will help to grow our omnichannel / offline presence and will take ownership over our retail operations. As a small team, we have a strong culture of collaboration and open communication. Ultimately, you’ll be part of building a community of people who care about helping others (and themselves!) get the best sleep ever.
We have both full time and part time roles available.
What you'll do:
- Deliver a great shopping experience to customers while assisting them with the entire shopping experience and introducing them to the Sunday Bedding brand.
- Create and fulfil orders for in-store purchases, using POS system to process payments
- Work closely with Operations to stay on top of inventory demands, including receiving and processing new stock replenishments
- Handle customer requests at our flagship stores, and 3rd party online channels
- Communicate with the team about store issues
- Assist with visual merchandising

- Comfortable with learning and using our order fulfilment application (Shopify)
- A dependable co-worker who can work independently and proactively
- Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
Full Time Role: 44hours per week. Must have the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays. Salary distributed monthly, with benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave entitlement and gym benefits.
Part Time Role: Min. 3 days a week and able to commit for 6 months. Salary calculated on an hourly basis.

3. Operations and Admin Executive
Sunday Bedding is seeking Operations and Admin Executive to join our new team (Part Time / Full Time)! In this role, you will play in a central role in our back end operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, meticulous and has an interest in helping us make things more efficient.
We are open to hiring either on a full time / part time basis.
What you'll do:
- Assist with order fulfilment, including packing daily orders from website and 3rd party sales channels
- Assist with stock replenishment for our retail stores and pop-ups
- Manage our inventory by
- Ensuring an accurate stock count at our warehouse, stores and stockists on a monthly basis
- Maintain stock accuracy on our website and point of sale.
- Receive and organize inbound shipment
- Assist with generating monthly reports and liaising with our external accountant to ensure our accounts are in order
Who you are:
-Comfortable with learning and using our order fulfilment application (Shopify)
-A dependable co-worker who can work independently and proactively
-Meticulous and organized
-Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
Full Time Role: 5 day work week (11am-7pm). Must be available to work at least 1 weekend per week and public holidays. Salary distributed monthly, with benefits such as medical insurance and annual leave entitlement.
Part Time Role: Min. 16 hours (2 days a week). Salary calculated on an hourly basis.
