1. Retail Sales Associate (Part Time / Full Time)
Sunday Bedding is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (part time / full time) to join our new team at Joo Chiat or Holland Road. You'll help make our customers feel at home our stores, guiding them in their purchase decisions in a calm and reassuring manner.Join Our Team
- Customer Service
- Responsible for attending customer queries at our physical store
- Welcome customers at our physical stores, help to facilitate their decisions and ensure an easy check out process
- Managing refunds and exchanges in stores
- Manage petty cash collection at our stores
- Merchandising and Inventory
- Ensure and place a restock request to ensure enough stock on hand at our retail spaces by working and co-ordinating with our operations team
- Ensure that our packaging materials are in stock
- Conduct monthly stock counts
- Manage the physical state of the store
- Ensure that all visual merchandising guidelines are being adhered to
- Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties
- Ensure that stock is well organised and neat, in the storeroom.
- A dependable co-worker who can work independently and proactively
- Friendly, with a genuine interest in engaging with our customers
- Previous experience in a retail sales role is preferred
- Comfortable with managing multiple logins and tech-based platforms like Shopify
- Singapore / Singaporean PR preferred
- For Part time roles, we require a minimal commitment of 2 days per week, with 1 day on a weekend
