Returns and exchanges

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return or exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the your request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

  • For bedding products, we accept return and exchange within 30 days of the shipping date, including washed and used bedding.
  • For our Sunday Loungewear collection, items need to be unwashed and in their original condition.
  • For Repose Loungewear Collection, return and exchange requests need to be submitted within 7 days. Items need to be in their original condition.
  • Please note that we are unable to receive returns of our Duvet Inserts, Cushion Inserts and Have-It-All Pillows in stores due to limited storage space. Returns for these items can only be done at our warehouse.
  • Only 1 exchange is allowed. 
  • Please note free gifts and all sales during our annual sale and warehouse sale are strictly not returnable and not exchangeable.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.
