Yoga Nidra Experience with Sunday Have-It-All Pillow

Experience our Sunday Have-It-All Pillow, through nature-inspired Yoga Nidra - a gentle and accessible technique scientifically known to help people attain deep sleep brainwaves allowing the mind and body to deeply rest and restore.

Hosted by Youmin Yap, founder of Xiu Nature Connections, this activity will offer a piece of quiet and rest at our Sunday Bedding flagship store - delivered live through wireless headsets, you will be brought along a restul sleep meditation with audio insulation and freedom. There are no yoga poses to do, except to lie down in the shavasana pose (corpse pose). It's been said that a 45-minute yoga nidra feels like a 3-hour nap. Guests will rise up from this experience feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Come experience it yourself!
